Company means Blessed Fragrance, operated by Tangyin County Xing You Fang Network Technology Co., Ltd., at Unit 2, Room 202, Building 7, Tangtun Community, Wuling Town, Tangyin County, Anyang City, Henan Province, 455000, China. Services are computer systems design, integration, and consulting. Website is blessedfragrance.lol.

Service Scope

We provide professional systems design and engineering within the Computer Systems Design sector. Specific scope and fees defined in separate agreements. These Terms govern general use.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables remain our IP unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive usage license upon full payment. Branding requires written permission.

User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when requested.
• Use our website and services lawfully.
• Not damage or impair our systems or networks.
• Not attempt unauthorized access.
• No automated tools without our permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information. Obligation survives termination. Excludes public or independently developed information.

Liability and Disclaimer

Not liable for indirect damages. Total liability limited to fees paid or USD 100. Services as is without warranties. Does not exclude liability for death, injury, or fraud.

Indemnification and Termination

You indemnify us from claims. We may suspend access. Surviving terms remain in effect.

Modifications and Law

Terms may be modified with continued use constituting acceptance. Governed by PRC law. Disputes in courts of Anyang, Henan.

General and Contact

Invalid provisions modified. These Terms and service agreements constitute the entire agreement.
